Location: Bali, Indonesia
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring exceptional service and handling guest inquiries and concerns
- Support the Guest Relations Manager in training and supervising the guest relations team, fostering a positive and proactive service culture
- Liaise with various departments to coordinate guest services and address any special requests or needs
- Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback efficiently, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and prepare reports on guest feedback and service trends for management review
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the guest experience, implementing new initiatives to improve service delivery
- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
