Supervise and lead a team of waiters and service staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the restaurant.
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Ensure excellent food and beverage service standards, addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently.
Oversee table settings, ensuring they are immaculate and meet FINNS Bali's high standards.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and all food and drink offerings to assist guests with recommendations and pairings.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and motivate to enhance their performance and maintain high service standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Previous experience in a similar position in a high-end hospitality, preferably in Bali.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great dining experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A thorough understanding of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations.
Must be well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
