We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Design Administrator that play role in managing and coordinating design documents, ensuring effective communication and assisting with the overall administration of design processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for working in a dynamic, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in organizing and maintaining project files and other documentation.
- Ensure that all design documents are correctly stored, cataloged, and accessible
- Manage the flow of design-related communications.
- Ensure that all design-related processes are compliant with company standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Assist with preparing project proposals, design briefs, and presentations.
- Track project timelines and deliverables related to the design phase, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Schedule and coordinate design meetings, keeping track of all relevant action items and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and summaries for design meetings and presentations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing design-related office logistics.
- Support the design team with any ad hoc tasks, including preparing design mock-ups or coordinating samples.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in design, construction, or architecture.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive in finding solutions.
- Experience in managing digital filing systems and design documentation.
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
