FINNS Beach Club is looking for an Engineering Drafter. A dedicated Engineering Drafter responsible for delivering accurate, timely and construction ready drawings across civil, architectural, MEP and infrastructure scopes. The role accelerates as built updates, supports minor works, and strengthens project to operations readiness. The position underpins FINNS asset standardization roadmap and BIM integration for FINNS Beach Club.

- Produce and maintain all as built drawings for civil, structural, MEP, and architectural assets.
- Develop 2D and 3D models, including BIM LOD300 to LOD400 where required.
- Support Engineering and Projects with fast site markups, redlines, and technical clarifications as conditions evolve.
- Build and maintain an organized digital drawing library aligned with Google platform, Monday.com and NetSuite documentation workflows.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to validate field conditions before updating drawings.
- Provide drawing packages for minor capital works, corrective works, and vendor tenders.
- Ensure drawing standards, file naming conventions, and version controls are consistently applied.
- Prepare clash detection and quantity takeoff outputs for high impact scopes when needed.
- Generate simplified visualizations and schematics for STP upgrades, stormwater, electrical distribution, and civil remediation projects.
- Support the Engineering Director in maintaining a master asset register and infrastructure plans.
- 3–5 years drafting experience, preferably in hospitality or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to update as-built drawings for operating facilities.
- Experience with STP, electrical, or stormwater systems.
- Familiar with digital platforms (e.g., Monday.com, NetSuite).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, and BIM coordination tools.
- Strong in 2D detailing and producing accurate multidisciplinary drawings.
- Able to build coordinated 3D models with correct geometry and metadata.
- Experienced in converting site measurements into precise revisions.
- Strong communication and disciplined document control.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Comfortable with renovation/retrofit workflows and fast design cycles.
