FINNS Beach Club is currently seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and results-driven Entertainment Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations and execution of entertainment programs and events across the venue. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and performances in a fast-paced environment. The Entertainment Operational Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all entertainment activities are delivered to the highest standard, aligned with the brand’s vision, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

- Create weekly and monthly entertainment schedules (performances, special acts).
- Coordinate rehearsals, show timings, and run-downs.
- Source, book, and manage performers (dancers, models, hosts, fire shows, etc.).
- Handle artist communication, contracts, and rider requirements.
- Manage performers.
- Supervise setup and ensure all shows run smoothly and on time.
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues during performances.
- Work closely with marketing for event promotion, content creation, and social media materials.
- Support with photography, video shoots, and influencer/guest collaborations.
- Experience in event or entertainment coordination, preferably within a hospitality, club, or resort environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for entertainment.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
