Front End Developer (Club Tech Global)

Club Tech Global is seeking a skilled, proactive Front End Developer. As the Front End Developer, this role is part of a dedicated Product Development Team within Clubtech Global (CTG). You will create exceptional user experiences and be directly responsible for ensuring our applications are high-performing, scalable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy new user-facing features for the FINNS booking engine using Next.js and React.
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive UI components.
- Integrate frontend features with REST API services.
- Support architectural planning and technical roadmap discussions with the Lead Engineer.
- Refactor and optimize existing code for scalability and performance.
- Run performance audits (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals) and implement improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and help foster a strong engineering culture.
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest/React Testing Library).
- Join daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Review code, provide feedback, and help maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs and performance issues.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- High proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience building applications with Next.js.
- Expertise in modern CSS, including responsive design, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
- Experience working with SVGs.
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks such as Styled Components or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Node.js and Laravel.
- Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in Git/GitHub and experienced in a collaborative, PR-based workflow.
- Ability to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Professional English proficiency, with the ability to conduct meetings, write technical documentation, and communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
