Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and train front office staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of front office transactions and prepare reports as needed for management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
