We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Guest Counter Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the guest counter team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the guest counter to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Coordinate and manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain accurate guest information, room allocations, and billing details in the property management system (PMS).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and oversee reservations, including last-minute bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries related to hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Prepare and review daily reports on guest arrivals, departures, and occupancy levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferably in front office or guest services).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
