We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Guest Counter to be responsible for handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about services, facilities, and attractions.
  • Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest information is accurately recorded in the property management system (PMS).
  • Handle guest billing and payments accurately, including processing cash, credit cards, and other transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and address any special needs or requests.
  • Monitor and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized guest counter area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Qualifications
  • revious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
