The Guest Experience team at FINNS Bali is responsible for delivering a world-class, personalized service experience to all guests throughout their journey. As representatives of FINNS, the Guest Experience team plays a key role in building loyalty and exceeding expectations.

- Manage daily GEMs administrative duties, including guest log sheets, incident reports, and feedback databases.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, special requests, and high-priority inquiries.
- Proactively collect and analyze guest feedback to continually elevate service standards.
- Coordinate with Front of House, Reservations, and Event teams to ensure flawless guest journeys.
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback swiftly with grace and professionalism.
- Track, compile, and distribute daily/weekly Guest Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports to management.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for VIP profiles, guest preferences, and internal department memos.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, specializing in data management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Proven of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing role.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, service-minded, and solution-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
