FINNS Beach Club is looking for Head of Revenue Management. We are seeking a high-impact Head of Revenue Management to serve as the strategic architect of our profitability. This is not a traditional reporting role; it is a leadership position designed for an "impact-obsessed" analyst who views data as a tool to drive tangible business growth. You will own the end-to-end analytics infrastructure, translate complex data into operational wins, and act as a critical advisor to the executive team.

1.Strategic Revenue & Yield Management
- Yield Optimization: Design and implement dynamic pricing models to maximize RevPAG (Revenue Per Available Guest) across all hospitality segments.
- Performance Diagnostics: Identify underperforming revenue streams and execute strategic interventions to recover lost margins.
- Campaign ROI: Quantify the true impact of promotional activities and marketing spend to ensure every dollar generates a return.
2.Margin Protection & Cost Efficiency
- P&L Deep-Dives: Conduct forensic cost analysis across labor, COGS, and overhead to identify and eliminate waste.
- Sensitivity Modeling: Build robust financial models to scenario-test cost-reduction initiatives before they are deployed.
- Operational Health: Partner with procurement to optimize inventory levels and establish "alert systems" for margin compression.
3.Analytics Architecture (The Tech Stack)
- NetSuite Mastery: Architect and scale the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics environment to provide a "single source of truth."
- Data Automation: Develop SQL-based pipelines to automate routine analysis, allowing the team to focus on high-level strategy rather than manual data entry.
- Governance: Drive high standards for data quality and integrity across the organization
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in BI, FP&A, or Operational Analytics within high-volume hospitality (Hotels, Beach Clubs, or Multi-unit F&B).
- Advanced SQL proficiency and expert-level NetSuite SuiteAnalytics skills are non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data modeling.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management or Yield Optimization roles.
- A track record of implementing data-driven changes that resulted in measurable 7-figure growth or savings.
- Mastery in scenario modeling and predictive forecasting.
- Understand unit economics and contribution margins as well as you understand code.
- Have the confidence to challenge leadership assumptions when the data proves otherwise.
