We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Procurement Staff that will play a crucial role in sourcing and purchasing the goods and services required for the daily operation of the beach club.

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities
  • Research and source suppliers for various goods and services, including food and beverages, equipment, maintenance supplies, furniture, and branded items
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards
  • Procure items in a timely manner to avoid shortages and ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for both consumable and non-consumable items
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring reliable and consistent supply chains
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies in deliveries, product quality, or invoicing
  • Conduct regular evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with club standards and agreements
  • Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising on quality
  • Source eco-friendly products where possible, aligning with sustainability goals of the beach club
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors, staff, and management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of budgeting and cost management
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
