We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Recruitment Administrator to supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and recruitment team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Screen resumes, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial interviews (where applicable).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and recruitment team.
  • Ensure job postings are updated and accurately reflect the needs of the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all applicants, interview feedback, and recruitment activity.
  • Assist with the creation and management of recruitment reports and other HR documentation.
  • Ensure recruitment-related documentation is stored and managed in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Provide administrative support for employee onboarding once candidates are hired.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Previous experience within the hospitality or leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
