We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Recruitment Administrator to supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and recruitment team.

- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Screen resumes, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial interviews (where applicable).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and recruitment team.
- Ensure job postings are updated and accurately reflect the needs of the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all applicants, interview feedback, and recruitment activity.
- Assist with the creation and management of recruitment reports and other HR documentation.
- Ensure recruitment-related documentation is stored and managed in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Provide administrative support for employee onboarding once candidates are hired.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience within the hospitality or leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
