Summary :
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves developing effective talent acquisition strategies, building relationships with outsourcing vendors, head hunter vendors and all job portals related, and managing recruitment operations to meet company hiring objectives. The Recruitment Manager identifies trends and opportunities in the talent market, drives efficiency in hiring practices, and enhances employer branding to attract the best candidates, with a strong focus on reaching both local and expatriate talent in competitive industries and global markets.
Location: Bali, Indonesia
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration between hiring managers, department heads, and recruitment teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to deliver exceptional hiring results.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with outsourcing vendors, head hunter vendors and all job portals related.
- Ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction through efficient and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Address high-level hiring challenges and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues.
- Strong reaching process and sources of local and expatriate talent
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market conditions, recruitment metrics, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s talent requirements and market trends.
- Stay informed about new talent acquisition tools, platforms, and innovations in the recruitment industry. Such as LinkedIn Recruiter and others
- Ensure the recruitment team is equipped with up-to-date tools, training, and resources for effective hiring.
- Leadership: Ability to guide and understand the process in detail of recruitment to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong aptitude for developing and implementing recruitment strategies informed by market data and organizational needs.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written english communication skills to foster clear collaboration with internal team and external partners.
- Candidate-Centric Focus: Dedication to providing excellent candidate experience and fostering strong employer branding.
