Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Reservation Manager to oversee and optimize our reservation processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage booking systems, handle guest inquiries, and ensure smooth reservations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to providing a seamless experience for all guests.

Responsibilities
  • ⁠Lead and manage the reservation team, providing guidance and support.
  • ⁠Oversee all reservation channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, social media DMs, and online platforms.
  • ⁠Ensure timely and accurate responses to all guest inquiries and reservation requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize reservation efficiency and maximize occupancy (templates).
  • ⁠Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation.
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports based on guests feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the reservation department
  • ⁠Manage task assignments and ensure efficient workflow within the reservation team (task priorities)
Qualifications
  • ⁠Proven experience in a reservation management role within the hospitality industry.
  • ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and online platforms.
  • Experience in responding to online reviews and managing online reputation.
  • ⁠Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • ⁠Experience in creating and implementing SOPs.
  • ⁠Proven ability to manage tasks and workflows effectively.
  • ⁠Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
