Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all team members follow service standards.

  • Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Train and develop restaurant staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

  • Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed by staff and guests.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

  • Ensure that all guest interactions are professional and reflect the values and standards of FINNS Bali.

  • Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, restaurant operations, and guest service standards.

  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
