Retail Inventory and POS Officer (FINNS Bali Retail)
Description
FINNS Bali Retail is seeking a Retail Inventory & POS Officer to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all stock movements and POS data, maintaining inventory variance below 1.5% and supporting daily retail operations.

Responsibilities
- Receive and verify all incoming stock against delivery documents
- Input and maintain accurate inventory data in Lightspeed X
- Coordinate with partner brands on deliveries and shortages
- Ensure RFID and POS records match physical stock
- Manage stockroom organisation and staff coordination
- Maintain delivery, return, and adjustment logs
- Support cycle counts and stock audits
- Prepare weekly inventory reports
- Escalate discrepancies to Supervisor/HOD
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in inventory/retail administration
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables preferred)
- POS data entry experience (Lightspeed preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with procedures and controls
- Able to work under daily operational pressure
- Experience with RFID systems (preferred)
- Fashion/retail environment experience (preferred)
- Exposure to multi-brand operations (preferred)
