- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and assist guests with purchases.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store, including merchandise display and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory counts, and restock items as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure that all retail spaces reflect the brand’s image and presentation standards.
- Report damaged or missing stock to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Proven of experience in retail or customer service roles (experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is a plus).
- Fluent in English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Presentable appearance and knowledge of basic sales techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with attention to detail and high level of reliability.
