Description
FINNS Bali Retail is home to one of the island’s most exciting retail destinations, featuring curated fashion, swimwear, lifestyle, and accessories brands within one of Southeast Asia’s leading beach clubs. As we prepare for the reopening of the FINNS VIP Boutique, we are looking for energetic and guest-focused individuals who are passionate about retail, fashion, and creating memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced, premium environment serving international guests across two boutiques.
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly — create a shopping experience, not just a transaction.
- Develop genuine product knowledge across all brands carried in-store and make confident, styled recommendations.
- Drive sales through active floor presence — not passive waiting. Know your conversion targets and work toward them.
- Manage the fitting room flow — assist guests with sizing, call stockroom for alternatives, and keep the process seamless.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the floor — merchandising, display resets, and cleanliness are part of the role at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system (Lightspeed).
- Support stockroom coordination — communicate stock requests between floor and stockroom efficiently.
- Report stock gaps, damage, or display issues to your supervisor immediately.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and shift handover.
- Represent FINNS standards of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing hospitality — lifestyle or fashion retail is a strong advantage.
- Confident English communication — additional languages are a plus given our international guest mix.
- Genuine interest in fashion, style, and product — you should be excited about what we sell.
- High energy on the floor — this is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player — the floor only works when everyone is accountable.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic digital tools.
- Available to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and aligned with a premium hospitality brand standard.
