FINNS Beach Club is seeking for Senior Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing and optimizing cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep across all guest and employee areas. This role ensures world-class standards are consistently maintained, while leveraging technology, data, and strategic planning to drive efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop housekeeping and facility teams to maintain top hygiene standards.
  • Create and implement SOPs for housekeeping, laundry, linen/uniform, pest control, waste management, and chemical handling.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, linen, and uniforms with cost efficiency.
  • Manage preventive schedules: deep cleaning, pest treatment, and waste management programs.
  • Work with Engineering, Security, F&B, and HR for smooth facility operations and compliance.
  • Drive technology adoption (CMMS, housekeeping apps, QR checklists, IoT sensors) for monitoring and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.
  • Control budgets, negotiate vendors, and manage service contracts.
  • Provide training on cleaning standards, chemical safety, and customer service.
  • Conduct audits, prepare reports, and deliver KPI-based insights to management.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years managerial experience in housekeeping/facilities within hospitality or large-scale operations.
  • Knowledge of laundry, chemicals, pest control, waste, and hygiene compliance.
  • Skilled in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and cost control.
  • Proficient in CMMS/housekeeping systems, digital checklists, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication (Bahasa & English), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable; sustainability/green practices a plus.
