FINNS Bali is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead and deliver innovative design solutions that elevate guest experiences and align with our brand standards. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, producing detailed technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The Interior Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams to execute designs with precision, quality, and attention to detail, while integrating functionality, sustainability, and cost efficiency into every project.

- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they align with FINNS Bali’s vision, brand identity, and design standards.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating the latest trends, functionality, and sustainability practices.
- Produce detailed, accurate design plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery, from design through to construction and installation.
- Oversee the implementation of design solutions, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail are maintained throughout the project.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with a background in hospitality, residential, or high-end commercial projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for producing accurate technical drawings and plans.
- Strong working knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D rendering tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and diverse interior design projects, with an emphasis on spatial design, color theory, and materiality.
- Experience in managing large-scale design projects from initial concept to completion, including coordinating schedules, budgets, and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
