Finns Beach Club is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and user experience of our custom digital products, websites, and mobile applications. This role will be responsible for crafting intuitive, aesthetically stunning, and highly functional interfaces that enhance customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong design-thinking approach, user research expertise, and a passion for creating seamless digital interactions.

Responsibilities

UX/UI Design & Strategy

  • Lead the design of user-centric digital products (websites, mobile apps, booking systems, CRM, and interactive touchpoints).
  • Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless and engaging experiences for both guests and internal users by optimizing usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to improve user experience based on data-driven insights.

User Research & Customer Experience Optimization

  • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand customer behaviors and needs.
  • Analyze website and app usage data to identify pain points and optimize digital interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to align UX/UI strategies with business objectives.

Design System & Brand Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve Finns Beach Club’s digital design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align digital designs with Finns’ visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for responsive and mobile-first experiences.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement high-quality UI/UX solutions.
    • Provide UX/UI guidance for technology product development, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles in all aspects of digital product development.
Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in hospitality, e-commerce, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web, mobile, and interactive digital design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Experience working with developers and product teams in an Agile environment.

Preferred

    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices (not required but a plus).
    • Experience designing for POS, CRM, or booking systems.
    • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools to support UX decisions.
