We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at FINNS Beach Club, the world’s best beach club.
This role will combine SEO expertise with creative digital advertising skills to help us drive organic and paid traffic, enhance our online visibility and presence, and maximize our campaign performance across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for creating compelling content and for data-driven decision making.

- SEO Research - to conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to help optimize our website(s) performance and improve our search engine rankings.
- SEO Content Creation - to write and optimize high-quality English language blog posts using optimization tools to ensure that our content aligns with best practices and helps to drive organic traffic. We will not use AI to generate such posts.
- Content Management - to upload blog posts to WordPress, to source relevant and engaging images and ensure that all the content is properly formatted for an optimal user experience and SEO performance. This will include creating internal links to ensure maximum fluidity of content on the site and promote internal navigation.
- Digital Advertising - to design, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and others, ensuring our ROI targets and performance goals are met.
- Collaboration - working with the marketing team as a whole to align our SEO and advertising work with the broader business objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting - to monitor and report on campaign performance, SEO metrics, website performance, and campaign performance as required using the available tools.
- Backlink sourcing - to conduct outreach and identify potential sources of backlinks for SEO purposes.
- Any other reasonable duties - a job description cannot be all-encompassing and as such the role holder will be expected to carry out any other reasonable duties required by their line managers or any senior member of FINNS staff
- Proven experience of SEO, minimum of 1-2 years, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors and usage of SEO tools
- Hands-on experience writing SEO-optimized content using tools for SEO optimization
- Familiarity with WordPress as a content management system for uploading content, formatting content, etc.
- An analytical mindset that has the ability to analyze data and adjust tactics accordingly to take advantage of the insights from the data
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication in English
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver and manage multiple projects in a very fast paced and exciting environment
- Email marketing experience with knowledge of email campaign creation, segmentation, and performance tracking in industry standard mailing packages.
- Sales experience selling sponsored blog posts and/or negotiating partnerships with brands.
