SEO Specialist (FINNS Beach Club)
Description
FINNS Beach Club is seeking a skilled, proactive SEO Specialist to boost our online presence, drive traffic, and optimise performance across all digital channels. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and able to deliver fast, effective website improvements, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimised English content with native-level writing proficiency for an international audience.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to optimise website performance.
- Create, edit, and optimise blog content without the use of AI-generated writing.
- Manage and upload content on WordPress, including sourcing images, formatting posts, and ensuring strong internal linking for user experience and SEO value.
- Enhance on-site SEO through internal and external link building, content structuring, and performance optimisation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO efforts align with overall business and campaign goals.
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics, website performance, and campaign outcomes using relevant tools.
- Conduct backlink outreach and identify high-quality backlink opportunities.
- Perform any other reasonable duties required by senior FINNS Beach Club staff.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven SEO experience with strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, SEO-optimised English content at native standard.
- Experience using WordPress for uploading, editing, and formatting website content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
