FINNS Beach Club is seeking for a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist and Digital Advertiser to join our dynamic marketing team at FINNS Beach Club, the world’s best beach club. This role combine SEO expertise with creative digital advertising skills to help us drive organix and paid traffic, enhance our online visibility and presence, and maximize our campaign performance across multiple platforms.

- Conducting in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to help optimize our website(s) performance and improve our search engine rankings.
- Writing and optimizing high-quality English language blog posts using optimization tools to ensure that our content aligns with best practices and helps to drive organic traffic. We will not use AI to generate such posts.
- Uploading blog posts to WordPress, tsourcing relevant and engaging images and ensuring that all the content is properly formatted for an optimal user experience and SEO performance. This will include creating internal links to ensure maximum fluidity of content on the site and promote internal navigation.
- Designing, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and others, ensuring our ROI targets and performance goals are met.
- Working with the marketing team as a whole to align our SEO and advertising work with the broader business objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, SEO metrics, website performance, and campaign performance as required using the available tools.
- Conducting outreach and identify potential sources of backlinks for SEO purposes.
- Proven experience of SEO, minimum of 2-3 years, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors and usage of SEO tools
- Hands-on experience writing SEO-optimized content using tools for SEO optimization
- Familiarity with WordPress as a content management system for uploading content, formatting content, etc
- An analytical mindset that has the ability to analyze data and adjust tactics accordingly to take advantage of the insights from the data
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication in English
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver and manage multiple projects in a very fast paced and exciting environment
