We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Site Engineer for someone with a strong engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the Project Engineers Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, preparing checklist, propose Inspection Test Plan, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements
- Analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.
- Planning and overseeing allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
