Description

FINNS Bali is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and project execution across our properties. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-standard developments while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily on-site operations, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure construction activities align with approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Projects and senior management.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality standards in all construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and FINNS’ internal standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely availability.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage site labor effectively, ensuring high performance and team discipline.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in hospitality or resort development.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and building codes in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required by the project.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
