FINNS Bali is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and project execution across our properties. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-standard developments while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

- Lead daily on-site operations, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure construction activities align with approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Projects and senior management.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards in all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and FINNS’ internal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely availability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage site labor effectively, ensuring high performance and team discipline.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in hospitality or resort development.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and building codes in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required by the project.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
