Storage Quality Control Officer (FINNS Beach Club)

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Bali. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Storage Quality Control Officer to supporting the warehouse team.

Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, correct quantity, and accurate labeling.
- Match items with delivery orders and assign them to the correct ownership (e.g., FBC, FRC).
- Report any discrepancies or issues immediately.
- Ensure all storekeeper requests and orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Storage Quality Monitoring
- Ensure items are stored correctly based on size and sensitivity (e.g., 60cm / 100cm racks).
- Conduct weekly checks for pests, leaks, and overall cleanliness.
- Monitor storage conditions, including humidity, temperature, and lighting.
Inventory Quality Support
- Tag items with QC labels and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Quarantine expired or damaged stock with proper documentation.
- Assist the Inventory Control team with physical item verification.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality logs for incoming, outgoing, and in-storage items.
- Ensure the WMS (NetSuite) system stock matches the physical stock.
- Submit weekly quality reports to the Warehouse Manager.
SOP Compliance & Enforcement
- Enforce proper item handling and cleanliness procedures.
- Conduct random quality control spot checks.
- Train warehouse staff on quality protocols and standards.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate effectively with Receiving, Dispatch, and Inventory teams.
- Report quality issues, delays, or urgent concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Storage Quality Control or a similar role, preferably with a background in F&B hygiene, housekeeping, or storage-related work
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems (NetSuite/WMS is a plus)
- Ability to identify damaged or expired items and report them accordingly
- Knowledge of proper storage practices for glassware, bar tools, and guest supplies
- Strong understanding of cleanliness standards, hygiene protocols, and the handling of consumable items
- Physically fit and able to stand and move for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail – nothing escapes your notice
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured warehouse environment
- Responsible, honest, and well-organized
- Proactive in spotting and resolving issues on the spot
- Willing to follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
