Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Communicate with candidates to keep them informed and engaged
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth logistics
- Prepare and extend job offers to candidates, supporting their transition
- Maintain accurate records in HR platforms, ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with HR to integrate new hires and promote company culture
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including social media and career site updates
Qualifications
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially beach clubs
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office and job platform tools
- Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
