FINNS Bali has reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and strong corporate governance with the implementation of its 24/7 Confidential Reporting Program. This initiative allows employees to safely and anonymously report any concerns related to workplace integrity, ethics, or safety. By providing an accessible platform available at all times, FINNS ensures that every staff member feels empowered to speak up without fear of retaliation. The program reflects the company’s effort to maintain a responsible, ethical, and safe working environment for all.

Through the confidential hotline operated by trained professionals, staff can report a wide range of issues, including theft, fraud, safety concerns, bullying or harassment, fraudulent insurance or worker claims, corruption, drug use or distribution, immigration violations, and other misconducts. The system is designed to handle sensitive information securely and professionally, strengthening internal controls while fostering trust among employees. This initiative also supports FINNS’ long-term goal of improving business performance through ethical behavior and operational integrity.

According to the HR Department, the confidential reporting channel is not merely a compliance tool, it is a proactive step in cultivating a culture of honesty. “Honest staff equals better business, and we strongly believe in providing avenues that support ethical conduct at every level,” the internal flyer emphasizes. This confidential reporting program ensures that every voice can be heard and every concern can be addressed responsibly,” she stated. She further highlighted that FINNS has followed up on 99.99% of all reports submitted through the platform, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to accountability and swift action.
