In January 2024, FINNS Bali began offering comprehensive English language courses to staff members. This training was held every week at FINNS specific & splash meeting rooms. 786 employees in total have participated in this training, aiming to improve their communication abilities and boost confidence in using English at work.
The English course is structured into four proficiency levels to cater to employees’ varying skill sets: Beginner, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Upper Intermediate. This tiered approach ensures that each participant receives tailored learning experiences based on their existing knowledge and progress.
To further support the diverse needs of the staff, the program offers specialised classes focusing on correspondence and speaking. ‘These options are designed to equip employees with essential practical skills for written communication and verbal interactions, enhancing their day-to-day workplace efficiency’ stated Sazkya Dorothy, as the FINNS English Education Manager. Furthermore, this program is part of FINNS’ commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development, empowering its team members with essential language skills to better serve the guests and provide the world’s best experience.
